Challenge

An alternative telecommunications service provider in Europe found that competition with the incumbent PTT for emerging services was becoming more and more difficult as the incumbent eventually started expanding into new services to meet the competitive threat. Management realized the focus of competition had to shift from simply offering a voice replacement to offering a voice replacement with additional features, but with lower operational and network expenses.

Strategy/ Expected Results

NaviGo Global worked with client team leadership to identify a handful of impactful service enhancements that have been successfully implemented by leading-edge VoIP service providers in the US. Next, NaviGo determined the most practical and cost effective solution in practice. Finally, NaviGo facilitated collaborative investigation and technology partnership between the client and the current leader for the particular process solution in the US, with a clearly defined implementation timeframe and achievable cost savings target.
